THE PEOPLE AT THIS SHOP GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, EXPERIENCED AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE WITHOUT THE BULLSHIT THAT USUALLY COMES FROM AUTO REPAIR PLACES. IT'S GREAT TO GO TO A PLACE WHERE IT IS DONE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.

Made my appointment earlier in the week and then I had my tires rotated, battery changed, and oil changed. Expected excellent service and was provided with it. Never are they too pushy with what might needs to be done to your car, but tells you the details of potential problems. Reasonable prices for quality parts. They make auto service very pleasant and that is why I don't hesitate to come back to them when I need my car serviced while in the area.

The Sunset Shop in Lake Bluff on northbound entrance to 41 is very good. Always try to get my car serviced as soon as possible. Service is done right and they'll give me a ride to pick up or drop off. And the folks are very nice. Keep it up!

It was my first time at Sunset Tire, but it is not going to be my last one because I found Ron and the staff to be very helpful and honest. I was given good service for a reasonable price. I felt like I was treated as a family member.

Wow! Words cannot say how thankful I am, and how great the employees working at Sunset Tire & Auto #3 were on 11/21/2016. I took my Nissan Altima in to have the bottom plastic shield/cover plate under the car looked at as the plastic screws popped off. Some were broken, and they assured me they have plenty they can use on my car and replace mine with. Not only were they fast, courteous and professional, but they filled up my tires with air and reset the tire pressure gauge that kept going off constantly in my car. They serviced me within 30 minutes, last minute nonetheless, as the morning of I called frantically trying to find a place that could be me in the same day, pronto, since the plastic shield was dragging on the ground. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a professional company by far. Probably the best service I've had with an auto company/dealership! I would highly recommend this place and go back myself. The minute I walked back into work, I told my coworkers about this place! Definitely check them out!! Thank you for your great service!!

Very professional and knowledgeable ! We were visiting the Chicago area from St Louis and had a tire problem. This mechanic stayed open late on a Saturday to repair our tire. Amazing service!

Our family has been very happy with the service we have received for the past 5 or more years. It's nice to have a locally owned business to fix our automobiles we can actually drop our cars off and walk home to pick them up usually later that day depending on the repair.
