Ron was fantastic both on the phone and the exceptional customer service didn't stop there, it continued throughout the entire visit. I was already angry when I got there because I was at another tire place and they lied to me about what size tire was going on my truck . So upon leaving there I called sunset tire and Ron started to change my morning around. Thank you guys for the great prices and fantastic customer service. I went home so happy bragging to my husband about how good they were to me and now whenever my hubby dosent have time or whatever we will be forever taking our business to sunset tire, thanks again guys and enjoy the weekend!!!!

Chris and Angel were both extremely helpful and informative. I was able to come in on short notice, get my tire fixed, plus oil changed and tires rotated! Great service at a decent price. I will be back.

The service I received was awesome , the best that I have ever had in a long time. They treated me with respect and courtesy. The work they did on my vehicle was superb and the extra mile they went to, to get my vehicle through emissions was unexpected. They did not try to oversell me and only provided the repairs on my vehicle that were needed. In addition, they provided me with the details on outstanding items that need to be done on my vehicle, but didn't push me to get it all done at one time. I would recommend them to anyone that I know.

Excellent at both Lake Bluff locations. I had new tires at location 1 and a burnt out head light which was fixed at location 2. Very reasonable, very professional and very nice! I would highly recommend either location.

My family and I have been trusting our cars to both Lake Bluff locations (11 N Waukegan Rd and 13 Skokie Valley Rd) of Sunset Auto for the last decade! They are the most honest and kind auto professionals that I've ever known in all of my decades of being a car owner. I've even sent my adult child, and elderly parents to them whenever their cars needed any repairs, big or small. Our latest experience with them was very pleasant, as always...we only needed our tires to be filled with air during the most recent subzero cold spell. When I called to find out if they could perform this service, Candy, the sweetest, most patient office manager I've ever met, told me to bring my cars in asap, no appointment necessary, and that they'd do it no charge! When I got there, Chris Caldron, the store manager, was waiting for me, and he and his friendly staff attended to my car immediately. When i offered to pay, he kindly turned me down. Their thoughtfulness in taking good care of a long time customer (& family) is greatly appreciated. We've always felt that their prices were fair, and that we were not being taken advantage of financially with unfounded or unnecessary charges. I want all of you that are considering taking your cars to either of these Sunset locations for any service, to be assured that you and your cars will be attended to in the same courteous way I have been by Sunset for many years! Of that, I have no doubt! Call or stop by today, don't even bother going to any other auto shops!
