Sunrise Car Care Center has taken such great care of my car! A few months ago, one of my valve stems unexpectedly went bad, leaving me with a completely flat tire. As a single woman living in a new state, I panicked, didn’t really know what to do in that situation. I had originally planned to drive to another mechanic about 20 minutes away that I’d used before, but I never would have made it with my tire, so instead I ended up at Sunrise Car Care Center which is just five minutes from my apartment. Even though it was so close to closing time for them, they stayed open and helped me out. From that day, I knew I’d found a trustworthy shop. When I went in to get the rest of my valve stems replaced, Chris did a full inspection for me with maintenance that I needed done. I trusted the quote and everything they said I needed so I got the work done the other day and now my car drives like a dream. They have been honest, incredibly kind, and have always taken the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop in the North Chicago area, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car! 🚗
