What stayed with me wasn’t the 3 stars it's knowing you left feeling the value wasn’t there. That matters to me 🧡 I reached out by phone and text because I wanted to listen, not defend. With your towed-in car, we found the alternator had shifted because all 3 mounting bolts were missing, allowing it to move out of position and throw the belt. That kind of condition is exactly why we invest so heavily in technician education, proper equipment, and doing things the right way. That's also the kind of workmanship I would never accept leaving my own shop. We may not be the cheapest, but we're very intentional about the standard behind the price.
