My family is totally new to the Chicago area. We needed some maintenance and service done to our vehicles. By happenstance, I found Sunset. Each encounter has been positive. The staff is friendly and most importantly truthful. I especially wanted to thank Angel for his tremendous service. This staff makes the horrible experience of getting work done more pleasurable.

Went in with a huge piece of plastic stuck to my exhaust system . Jose jumped on the issue and had the problem solved promptly. This company has a staff that has been with the business for years. They are courteous , efficient , knowledgeable and sincerely care about customer service. I have had mechanical work done on several occasions and have always been satified

I was driving down to visit my daughter in Wilmette from northeastern Wisconsin. When I got to North Chicago my car was making the worst noise and I was unable to continue. AAA got me a tow and they took me to Sunset. It was the closest garage and, as it turned out, I was really lucky. Chris and his crew couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Since my tire had almost come off while I was driving, I was pretty stressed out, but they showed me what was wrong, gave me an estimate of how much it was going to be and treated me very well. I got to stay a few extra days with my family and my car was fixed. An experience that could have been awful was made so easy because the people at Sunset were so pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you guys. If I was closer, you would be my car guys.

The price was great and they were very helpful. They changed my oil but also let me know how my tires and battery were doing. The administrative assistant was very nice! I loved them and will be back!
