For generations, my family's vehicles always went to the same repair shop in my hometown because they were trustworthy, friendly, and provided the best service around. Since moving to the area four years ago I have not had great experiences with repair shops and could not find a place with the same service that I could trust which forced me to wait until visiting back home to get necessary repairs. After taking my car to Sunset Auto this past week I have finally found a place that I can truly trust and that I will bring my car to for years to come. I could not recommend this shop more for everything from oil changes to major repairs.

This was our second tie using Sunset and they exceeded all expectations again. I got myself in a bit of a jam trying do a father/son brake job project on my son's 2012 Passat and Sunset saved me without making me feel like an idiot and the didn't take advantage of me because I was in a bind. I called in the morning and the wrecker showed up a couple of hours later to get the car; the driver was very professional and polite - couldn't have been nicer. Maricela and Chris were awesome and finished the job promptly and at a very fair price. My son and I thought the peddle was very soft the next day so I told him to bring it back and ask for Chris' opinion. Chris drove the car and immediately brought it in the shop, bled system again and it works like a charm. Chris called the next morning to check in and also provide some advice about the ceramic brake pads my son purchased. A really outstanding experience overall and I will continue to use them for all any out of warranty work on our cars.

My first visit. I had a flat tire ant Sunset was the closest shop to my location. They were very professional, courteous and fast. I will definitely use them in the future for auto service.

Excellent costumer service! i had a bulb replaced front/back and i was given a superb labor price considering the amount of work that has to be done, like taking the bumper and the grill off the grand vitara. employees are very attentive and friendly. and the amenities, i'll repeat.... the amenities like room airconditioner, bottled water, coffee is just fabulous! i would say this is like a version of a botique hotel for a car repair shop. please come in.

The staff was very helpful in the diagnoses of the problems regarding my car. The communication was great, and the service was very good. The services were done very quickly, and they helped assist me on what I will expect in the future, as well recommendations and considerations of what I need to get serviced soon.

I have taken my Explorer here several times. The always do excellent repairs and the staff is very friendly and nice. The shop itself is clean as well. I would highly recommend Sunset Automotive to my family and friends!

Sunset, and Chris in particular, took my car, spent hours analyzing it, and after reviewing the fixes required, and looking at some of required things under the hood, I left with an estimate and traded the car in for a new one. Great service. Personable staff. Even though delivering the news of a very costly repair, I found them to be competitive in pricing. Both on parts and labor. Very clean facility - great first time experience. They even took care of a brake light repair and handled my emissions inspection behind the scenes - didn't tack it on. They even provided a loaner vehicle while mine was in their care. I am looking forward to working with this team on my future vehicle service and repairs.
