I previously had my car towed by Sunset Tire & Auto and aside from great service on the phone from Maricela, they got my car towed quickly and made me feel better about an otherwise stressful situation.More recently I decided to take my car in for an oil change and received the same great service. Chris was very knowledgeable and even taught me a couple things about my car. I had some concerns about my car, (some clunking noises) that they looked into for me. I felt very confident about putting my car in their hands and I was not disappointed. They price fairly and do great work. They got all my issues resolved and I had my car back quickly. I will definitely be bringing my car back for regular maintenance.

I have been in Customer Service for the last 10 years of my life, with that being said it takes a lot to get that WOW factor. From the minute that I walked into the shop, they greeted me with huge smiles! I went in for an oil change which was about 30 minutes and they were very thorough. I asked them to look at a few other problems, without hesitation they were happy to assist with a 'safety inspection' After that was done Eric came back to greet me and let me know of a few things. He was very honest and very knowledgeable. I also added to get my windshield wipers changed.. They went the extra mile to scrape off residue that was left from one of those flyers under my wipers! The waiting room had comfy chairs, bottle water and coffee and free WIFI. One very silly side note... The shop SMELLS AMAZING! I know crazy.. Right?!?! The customer service was EXCELLENT! Great, friendly and honest business. I will actually be returning next week to get brand new tires as well! THANK YOU SUNSET AUTOMOTIVE for being authentic and efficient!

So I've been coming here for a few times now and every time I come all the people at Sunset treat me like family. Amazing people that do great work. What more can you ask for!!

I brought my 98 Camry back here last week for some new tires and got great service and results once again. The master technician supplied me with an estimate on some tires and he was able to find me great tires at a very reasonable price. If you're in need of some new tires, I recommend coming here first!

Pulled into the repair shop. Great, friendly service. Didn't have to wait at all, was provided with water, and a comfy chair to sit outside in the sun. The mechanic kept me posted on what he found and what he was doing. Quick fix and fair price. Would come back here.

Chris and staff are genuinly friendly. Today i brought my car in due to (what i call) an "idiot light" coming on, and they were able to not only diagnose what the problem was but they fixed it right then and there! When I recieved my invoice for the work that was performed today, in a different color ink were price quotes for additional work that my car will need in the future. What other mechanic would do that for you? My answer is this-NONE! I dont know nor have been to ANY OTHER mechanic who would go above and beyond what Chris and staff have done for me today. I wish you guys all the success in the world! You have me as a customer!

OK, lets see if I can pu this review in the right place this time :) I didn't know there were other local sites for this company. Fantastic service by Chris and the team, managed to find competative prices for the parts I needed in a ridiculously short period of time. Neat and tidy work, even had my car cleaned next door as part of the service.Overall a hearty reccomendation from meAlways welcoming but not so happy with the last work done. Didn't seem too interested in the job and took forever for a very simple task. Doubly sad that had to redo some of the work myself as not happy with the quality.
