The Lake Bluff location #3 was busy so Maricela sent me to #2 on Waukegan Rd. Candy greeted me and took care of my Lexas with an oil change almost right away. I had a Chamber party to attend for the Town Planner calendars I publish. By the way, Yony Angel, Chris, Yeimy, Jamie, and Faria are always so nice to me and pleasant. I feel like a king. Service with a upbeat smile. I am sure Santa willreward the entire team with a big stocking stuffer with a bi bonus and a healthy raise. Excellent at both Lake Bluff locations. I had new tires at location 1 and a burnt out head light which was fixed at location 2. Very reasonable, very professional and very nice! I would highly recommend either location.

The Sunset Shop in Lake Bluff on northbound entrance to 41 is very good. Always try to get my car serviced as soon as possible. Service is done right and they'll give me a ride to pick up or drop off. And the folks are very nice. Keep it up!

My wife left the house with a few things to get done before a business meeting. Came back shortly thereafter with a flat tire. The lug nuts were torqued to the point I couldn't get them loosened. I called Sunset Tire and Auto, with whom I had never done business, and asked if they could get someone over to my house quickly to replace the flat tire so we could both get on our way. They arrived in about 15 minutes, changed the tire and took the flat in for repair. Could not have handled this part of the transaction any better. I took the car in at the end of the day to swap out the now repaired tire with the spare. Chris, Angel and the balance of the staff couldn't have been more courteous, prompt and professional. In and out in about 15 minutes at a price I thought was very competitive. 100% satisfied! I will use them again and refer my friends and family to Sunset Tire and Auto for any auto service required. Customer service is the name of the game and these people totally get it.

Excellent facility, outstanding customer service and most importantly honest and top quality service on your vehicle. Strongly recommended this place to anyone looking to take care any vehicle needs. do not think of going anywhere else trust me. You can drop off your car and they will give you a ride back to where you need to. Now that's great!

When your tire starts squealing at you, it kinda makes you panic. I hate going to the mechanic..mainly because since we moved here I haven't found an honest one. Today that was changed. I took my car in and brakes needed to be replaced..even though it's not cheap the job was done and in a friendly manner. I paid and came home. While looking over the recept I noticed a billing issue so I called, not expecting anything, I just wanted to bring it to their attention. Maricela refunded me the issue quickly. I appreciated their honesty and greabyt business all day!

Unfortunately, In spite of best intent by owners my first service did not go perfectly. But, I was beyond impressed with the owners' genuine care to ensure customer is well taken care of, and going out of their way to get it right - while I do regret that my experience wasn't the greatest (on the mechanical end) it was definitely beyond superb on the customer service end. I have utmost faith that training was conducted on the mechanic and with the owners attitude this business is sure to improve and customers will be well taken care of... Again, in spite of hiccups encountered I would definitely do business with again - good genuine people - Thank you!
