When your tire starts squealing at you, it kinda makes you panic. I hate going to the mechanic..mainly because since we moved here I haven't found an honest one. Today that was changed. I took my car in and brakes needed to be replaced..even though it's not cheap the job was done and in a friendly manner. I paid and came home. While looking over the recept I noticed a billing issue so I called, not expecting anything, I just wanted to bring it to their attention. Maricela refunded me the issue quickly. I appreciated their honesty and greabyt business all day!

Unfortunately, In spite of best intent by owners my first service did not go perfectly. But, I was beyond impressed with the owners' genuine care to ensure customer is well taken care of, and going out of their way to get it right - while I do regret that my experience wasn't the greatest (on the mechanical end) it was definitely beyond superb on the customer service end. I have utmost faith that training was conducted on the mechanic and with the owners attitude this business is sure to improve and customers will be well taken care of... Again, in spite of hiccups encountered I would definitely do business with again - good genuine people - Thank you!

Great service, detail and support. They explain everything you need to change on your car without forcing you you schedule an appointment for the next visit. They gave me a quota on service and parts so that you can make an informed decision about pricing. Will be coming back here when I need my next servicing.

Great car service with great customer care. I had an alternator, suspension work, and brakes done on my Mazda. Sunset kept me informed and got the job done in a timely manner. Lastly, it was awesome that my car didn't smell like a shop when I got it back and didn't have grease or oil on the steering wheel or anywhere else it wasn't supposed to be.

Hands down the best place to get your car repaired by far. I have some serious trust issues with mechanics, but I feel very confident in Chris & his team. Super friendly & honest. Great place to go for serious repairs to an oil change. Also, they won't charge you an arm & leg for every little thing. Wonderful place!!!

This place is great. I just went in for an oil change but I was still given top notch service. I was greeted right away with a smile and my car was serviced quickly. I didn't mind the wait since the waiting room had wifi, bottled water, and a tv.When my car was ready, they didn't try up charging me for a million things like most oil change places. They simply provided me with some recommendations and sent me on my way.I'll be back for sure and would definitely recommend this place!

I previously had my car towed by Sunset Tire & Auto and aside from great service on the phone from Maricela, they got my car towed quickly and made me feel better about an otherwise stressful situation.More recently I decided to take my car in for an oil change and received the same great service. Chris was very knowledgeable and even taught me a couple things about my car. I had some concerns about my car, (some clunking noises) that they looked into for me. I felt very confident about putting my car in their hands and I was not disappointed. They price fairly and do great work. They got all my issues resolved and I had my car back quickly. I will definitely be bringing my car back for regular maintenance.
