I had to get a jump start to get to work..in the early afternoon, I contacted Christopher about what had happened, wiih a pic of my battery tag In under an hour,he sent me 2 battery options to choose from. And said if I could get there from work before 5:30, the new battery could be installed today. If not, it could be installed in the morning. By 6pm, the same day my battery failed, I had my New battery !

I definitely recommend this place to take care of your car. Chris is very upfront with information and images of what is wrong with your car. Prices are reasonable and I can not trust my car with no one else. They are quick to find a diagnostic and getting your car fixed.

I've been fortunate to have Sunset work on several of our cars, we've always been very happy when we got them back! The repairs are perfect and the maintenance well done. This time I had body work done when I had a run in with the garage and it won! We won't go anywhere else, ever. On top of the great work I was given a ride to and from the shop when I had no other way to get there. Christopher is upbeat, friendly and very fair, the men who work in the shop are highly trained and very personable. I assure you, you are in very capable hands.

I've been coming here my 3 years I've been stationed in Great Lakes, and I have always had a 10/10 experience. Chris ALWAYS comes through for me to make sure I get my bang for my buck. The owner is so friendly and has been in business for over 20 years at this location. My light on my tire turned on so I randomly pulled in with no appointment to see if he could see what's going on. He immediately assisted me and offered me coffee. Given I drive a Porsche, it's a little more complicated. He had his guys not just look at the tire that my car light was indicating was the problem but had them check all my tires. One other tire needed to be tweaked as well. When I asked him what I owe, he said, "nothing thanks for stopping by. ". They do more than just tires. When it's time, I will have him change the oil on my car and spend half what I would at the dealer. It's hard to find a place that changes oil on foreign cars. I highly recommend you go see them!

They were very helpful. Chris was very warm and welcoming. Very easy to work with and got my emergency fix done very quickly.

Good morning Sunshine is how they greet you at Sunrise🌞 My hero friend Lori called her hero friend Chris @ Sunrise to help this damsel in distress … I thought my mechanic was taking care of my car but come to find out I was cruising toward disaster. Chris took photos and did complete diagnostic assessment to discern necessary repairs … I went with the whole enchilada because I trust Chris and the Sunrise Car Care family. My Volvo got its groove back so we can head out on the highway safely from Sunrise to Sunset

I had a brief but very lovely experience with Sunrise. My car broke down and I was grateful to be able to pull into their lot, but it was after hours. I was so nervous to leave my keys behind with an unknown shop, but Jose called after I left to say he saw that I had left them, brought them in to be safe. Very reassuring! Every conversation I had with them was friendly & cheerful. The diagnostic fee seems high compared to my usual shop, but I was in no position argue as I needed to get my car back asap. Which they did, they got my car running in one day. Very grateful for their quick work! And the cute lantern keychain.
