I've been coming here for years and I'll keep coming back because the people and the service are excellent!!

From my first contact with Chris, Armando, and Maricela, I was absolutely certain I found the shop I had been looking for to service my organization’s vehicles. Armando and Maricela instantly gave me confidence that they had both the ability and desire to meet some unique challenges servicing fleet vehicles can bring. My experience only got better from there when I began working with Chris. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis and inspections. He then goes on to provide a detailed and extraordinarily competitive estimate. Chris then passes the job to one of several incredibly talented technicians who do the expected work and also provide detailed observations of any other potential issues on the horizon.If the outstanding “technical service” is not impressive enough, the overwhelmingly positive, friendly, and genuine relationships that they build with those of us who were lucky enough to have found them really sets this organization apart from all others. Chris is simply an outstanding Service Manager. You can also easily see that Armando, Maricela, and Chris make their employees feel as appreciated as their customers, which is a rarity in this industry.Sunset Automotive has not only earned my trust and respect to handle my fleet vehicles, they are my first call when a personal family vehicle needs their special care.

These guys are the best! They gave us a more than agreeable quote, and even drove my husband to work down the street after he dropped the car off! They picked him up at our house to bring him to the car when it was finished. My car looks like new!! Thank you!!!

I was very pleased with my recent experience at sunset automotive #3. I was broke down on the side of the road and I was very impressed with how quickly the tow truck responded. I was more impressed with the unbelievable customer service. Chris Caldron was so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle. He also did a great job of explaining it to me so I could understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was headed back from Wisconsin with my girlfriend and my mother when I blew a tire on highway 41. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but sadly I had removed my spare tire and it was approaching later in the day on Saturday. At this point I was in a panicked state since most automotive places were closed and a tow from there would cost a fortune. Luckily, I called Sunset Automotive and not only were they open and happy to help, but they were willing to drive out to us, take myself and the tire back to their business, fix it, and then drive me back and put the tire on. They went above and beyond and that is the reason that I am giving them 5 stars. I will gladly do business with them again in the future.

My husband and I moved here about 6 months ago, and adjusting has been tricky in certain circumstances but this place has been the most friendly, cost efficient, and always timely thus far. We highly recommend them and their service and absolutely great!
