Job: Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for a highly experienced, talented and motivated Service Advisor for our busy auto repair facility. Income opportunities among the highest in the industry!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming and attentive manner in person & over the phone
- Discuss guest concerns, understanding their needs and vehicle repair needs
- Communicate honest recommendations, timelines and service plan
- Advise guests and schedule routine maintenance required for their vehicle according to manufacturer standards
- Accurately and efficiently document communication and statuses in the repair order
- Create detailed repair orders, estimates and documentation using Tekmetric
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle & keep guests updated throughout the day
- Monitor technician’s progress throughout the day - time management, efficiency and completion
- Accurately order parts, return parts and enter parts information into repair order
- Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Accredited training in service advisor skills & guest satisfaction
- Minimum of 2 years Service Advisor experience
- ASE Certification is required (expired ASE is acceptable)
- Strong automotive background on newer or older vehicles
- Strong Sales background and negotiation skills
- Strong Communication skills both verbal and written over the phone and in person interactions with guests and team members
- Strong team working skills
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- PPP - Polite, Professional and Punctual
- Basic to high computer skills required
- Hard working and motivated
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be open minded and willing to learn new skills
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Salary & Benefits:
- Monday - Friday: NO WEEKENDS!
