The folks at Sunset were very kind to me when I was in a bind. The parking brake broke on my very old Mercedes and they fixed me up for a very good rate. They also special ordered parts for it, which I very much appreciated as it was extra effort on their part. I do intend to return to them as much as I can over the lifetime of this old boat.

The Sunset team is amazing! We have needed quite a bit of help with several cars the past couple of years and this is the best garage I have ever used. Everyone is kind and responsive. The work is well done and completed quickly. Communication is top notch. Text updates and estimates are so helpful! Scheduling is easy by phone or online, and text reminders are helpful. I initially thought they did just tires, but they do it all. Even helped with tinting windows. A special shout out to Diego for always answering my questions thoughtfully and with genuine kindness! I always love seeing Flor too. 10/10 for Sunset!

I experienced an urgent situation that required immediate attention. The repair, which involved an alternator, was completed swiftly. The stuff was really nice reminding me of a strip club being nice to get your money. The cost of the repair was approximately $800, comprising an estimated $200- $240 for parts and $150 for labor. While I typically handle such repairs myself, my out-of-state location necessitated professional assistance to ensure my return home. I believe the circumstances of my situation were leveraged, resulting in an inflated cost. Furthermore, a new noise has developed upon vehicle startup since the repair, which was not present prior to the service. Given my current distance, I will address this issue independently. It appears they recognized my out-of-state status and urgent need to return home, leading to a significant upselling of services. The positive aspect was identified with remarkable speed to do the 1 hour labor job. I"d recommend utilizing a standard automotive service center rather than a high-end facility, as both options will deliver comparable results. One will her hurt your wallet, one will charge you what the job and labor is really worth. I truly had no alternative in that particular situation. Needed to get home.
